Menaza (M. O. Everlasting) was amazing for my wedding as my Day of Coordinator. My wedding was on the large size (220 people) and had a lot of moving parts. My husband is Malayali so we wanted to incorporate his traditions along with my catholic ones. So this involved MANY extra details including 3 outfit changes, choreographed dances, and complicated family photos in many locations. To pull this off I new I needed help the day of my wedding. Menaza took care of everything, I had complete trust in her, she handled everything so I could just enjoy my day. When my photobooth did not show up she HUNTED them down and got them there and set up in time. I am so glad we had her! I could not have done it without her!

Go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Lacy with The Party New York. Lacy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I had a very specific vision and when I walked into our wedding it literally felt like my dreams had sprung to life. We had some high stress moments with different vendors throwing us curveballs and Lacy navigated them effortlessly, always making sure that everyone ended up happy. Literally the Wednesday before my wedding she had to find me a new photographer, and they ended up being amazing. Her cool, low-stress demeanor, incredible creativity, and warm personality made planning my wedding a breeze. Pro-Tip: Direct your in-laws to use Lacy for the Rehearsal Dinner too!! I was genuinely sad when my wedding was over because it meant my time with Lacy had ended.

Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. We are now coming on a year happily married and I would not have had the confidence to execute such a plan on my own. THANK YOU Morgan & Team!! 10/10 Recommend!

A day-of-coordinator is one of the last wedding vendors I considered, and working with Cindy made me wish I booked her right after getting engaged! Every step of the process working with Cindy demonstrated her professionalism, skill, and kindness. From our first consultation call, she immediately put me at ease and shared her own experience with weddings similar to ours. Throughout the planning process, she was highly accessible starting from the time we booked with her, striking the best balance of offering her perspective while encouraging us to make the decision that was best for us. She also offered invaluable insight such as recommending an excellent videographer who we were very happy with. Despite her busy schedule during peak wedding season, she always ensured that I, my now husband, and parents felt heard and received her full attention. The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

Where to begin? Hiring Emily was easily the best investment for our wedding. We had a 160 person event and hired Luna and Charlie for the “month-of” wedding management package starting 8 weeks ahead of the event. Emily and her team made the entire planning process so much easier through their event-planning expertise, creativity, quick responsiveness, and attention to detail. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Emily took a tremendous amount of stress off of us by providing constant communication and support. The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Lovehaus team. We used Lovehaus for styling and partial planning (planning starting at 6-mo out). My husband and I are the biggest procrastinators, and combined with very busy and time-consuming jobs, I knew that we would never be the wedding planners that we needed to be. A friend recommended Lovehaus and we're so thankful she did. Tabitha was our coordinator and she is a real-life angel organizer, who kept all our timelines on track, kept us in check, and handled all the coordination with our vendors so that we could have a stress-free wedding day. Not only did she work directly with all our vendors so we didn't even have to think about it, but she also helped us make decisions when we were indecisive (which was more often than not) and shared her recommendations for vendors and helped us choose the ones that best fit our needs. She joined all the vendor meetings too, asking questions I would never have thought of and helping me to create shot lists or decide on food options. Separate from vendor coordination, she helped to style the beautiful wedding we were hoping for, creating a style guide that perfectly reflected what we asked for and choosing or creating design elements (linens, florals, signage) we loved. She even helped share recommendations for all the bridal party dresses that everyone loved using as their inspo, which helped to create such a beautiful and fun pink moment for my bridesmaids. In addition to all her planning expertise, she was amazing the day of the wedding with her assistant, Shaun. The two of them kept our timelines on track and got us where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. No one had to stress about a thing as they had everything covered. They were even able to get a lovely orange stain off the front of my dress from the pollen on a flower in my bouquet before the ceremony. Everyone in the bridal party was raving about the Lovehaus team and how well they handled the whole day. I cannot thank Tabitha and the Lovehaus team enough for all they did for us. 100/10 would absolutely, most definitely, without a doubt, recommend.

Excellent news: your search for a wedding planner and coordinator is over. Hire Venture North Events! They are the best! Kim and CJ are the perfect mix of detail-oriented, thoughtful, creative, and cool under pressure. We hired them for full planning for our wedding weekend at Eastwind Hotel in Windham in June 2023. We started working with them a year before, and they were deeply engaged the entire time. Our wedding was a full weekend (3 days and three events), with lots of different moving parts and activities. Everything was outdoors. We had to bring in and set up a lot of stuff. Not only were they exceptional at knowing and implementing logistics (sound, lighting, rentals, decor, rain plans), they always made sure that the events reflected our personal vision and intentions. The planning process itself was made immensely fun working with them. Because of their expertise, we were able to focus on the creative stuff. We crafted what we hoped the weekend would look like together, planning over calls and the super organized planning spreadsheets Kim and CJ have created. Their systems kept us on track, and we (and our guests!) appreciated how well organized and executed everything was! On Saturday, we had lots of intermittent rain during outdoor events. Kim and CJ kept all our guests dry and happy, shifting schedules and logistics as needed. We were involved in these decisions but also trusted them completely, so were able to be fully present in the day with our guests. Kim’s timelines the day of the wedding ran impeccably; nothing felt rushed and she brought on top notch folks to work the wedding as day of staff. She has a deep knowledge of and relationships with various vendors in upstate New York, everyone was truly excellent. On top of it all, Kim and CJ were truly a joy to work with. Now a month out from the wedding, we are so grateful for how it all went! We miss them terribly! In sum, VNE gets our highest possible recommendation. Do yourself a favor and hire them, ASAP!

Hiring Raquel was far and away the best wedding planning decision we made. We chose her month-of package for our October wedding after attending a wedding she coordinated in June and she seamlessly incorporated herself into our process as we finalized everything with all of our vendors and was instrumental in the weekend itself going off without a hitch. She served as a sounding board and expert opinion throughout the end stages of the planning process, took on the tasks that I was dreading handling myself (timeline creation, to name one!), and asked thoughtful questions that hadn't even occurred to me. If there was an issue, I felt confident going into the wedding day that Raquel would be able to resolve it, and she didn't disappoint! From alcohol snafus to the threat of rain, from picture-dirty shoes to an unraveling bowtie, she tackled it all without batting an eye so that we could enjoy our day. Our wedding wouldn't have been what it was without her and we'll always be grateful to her for helping make our dreams come true!

Wedding planning can be such a daunting thing for new brides. Everyday I felt there was something new to add to my list and it continued to grow as we got closer to the day. From my initial conversation with Amanda, she eased all of my worries and reassured me that everything was going to work out. With her experience and wonderful insight, her advice meant the world to me. Knowing what to focus my time on and what things weren’t necessary. Months leading up to the wedding, she communicated with all of my vendors on the necessary details pertaining to them and their timelines for the day of. Amanda ensured each vendor knew what needed to be executed to carry out my vision for the wedding… florals, bar set up, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, table design, lighting and more. Obviously has a first time bride, I had so many questions as they arises through the planning process. Amanda was so quick to answer all of my questions! We hired Stacey in early 2020 to be a Month-Of-Coordinator for our October 2020 wedding. From the beginning, Stacey was one of the most responsive, helpful wedding coordinators that I reached out to. She offered great advice, explained the importance of having a Day-Of coordinator even if your venue happens to have one, had vendors to recommend, and was determined to bring our vision to reality, even while COVID-19 started to take over. Well, we all know how 2020 went, so when we ultimately decided to postpone our reception to 2021, Stacey remained in our corner throughout the decision and ultimately helped us to weigh the pros and cons of postponement. Then, throughout 2021, Stacey reached out around once a month to ensure we were on track with plans. She helped us to secure final vendors, review contracts, craft a perfect day-of timeline, ran our rehearsal, and made us feel incredibly confident that our big party would go off without a hitch. Stacey also has a keen eye for event styling, so we were able to trust all of our complicated decor to her and her team for set up the morning of the wedding, and she flawlessly coordinated a last-minute rain plan (which we made, and then with every miracle, didn't actually need!) She coordinated with all of our vendors, worked seamlessly with the in-house team at our venue, was warm, professional, and an invaluable asset to have running the biggest party of our lives. As a former stage manager and a bit of a control freak, having Stacey at our wedding was invaluable. If anything went wrong, I had no idea because of Stacey's magic touch.

From running to purchase a missing bow tie for the groom to making sure I was holding my bouquet right before walking down the aisle, the Presley Planning team ensured our wedding was going to be perfect. The minute I felt a single drop of rain while taking photos, Shannon had an umbrella over my head, and Kyle always made sure I had a sip of water ready between pictures. Victoria truly thinks of everything. We had a guest feel ill and head home before dinner was served. She had their meals boxed and ran them out to the car as the guests were leaving so that they were still able to enjoy their dinners. At the end of the night, Victoria made sure everything was packed into our car, cleaned up, and sent important items and boxed dinner with my husband and I on the shuttle. Our wedding day was nothing short of magical and I truly have Victoria and her team to thank for such a perfect day. Victoria goes well above and beyond what the venue coordinators and bridal attendants do for you, essentially making sure all moving parts of your wedding day run smoothly.
