Starting my passion of photography at the young age of ten, I fell in love with the documentary/journalistic style. When I got older, I was moved to make it into a career. I also fell in love with love itself. I saw the beauty in the gift humans feel of cherishing one another. I was born in England and moved to the States where I met my husband while working at the Biltmore Estate. We live in Asheville in a farmhouse that we built together with our 3 children and our golden retriever, Milo. My studio is also here and I love that I get to work so close to home. Education, in combination with her desire to stay current with trends in the floral industry are what set her apart. Choy is a former member in the Blue Ridge Chapter of Ikebana, the Ikebana International of Asheville, and is a former member of NC State Florist Association.
