Doc Brown's BBQ is a family-owned Asheville restaurant, food truck & catering (personal information protected by Zola) specialize in all thing pig but they are also known to cook a mean chicken salad (yes, this is not a typo) BBQ tempeh. Best of all, "the cue is wood smoked."

We work with the couples from the point of contact, through a complimentary tasting, to the creation of the desired bill of fare, and service of the meal. While most companies will do that sort of thing, we are small enough outfit who are able to provide our services at a lower price point than others.
