Starting my passion of photography at the young age of ten, I fell in love with the documentary/journalistic style. When I got older, I was moved to make it into a career. I also fell in love with love itself. I saw the beauty in the gift humans feel of cherishing one another. For six years now, I have had the privilege of photographing weddings and elopements of people who feel deeply and love deeply.

I was born in England and moved to the States where I met my husband while working at the Biltmore Estate. We live in Asheville in a farmhouse that we built together with our 3 children and our golden retriever, Milo. My studio is also here and I love that I get to work so close to home. I am a free spirit and am constantly planning the next big adventure. I’m inspired by love, relationships, and living in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Education, in combination with her desire to stay current with trends in the floral industry are what set her apart. Choy is a former member in the Blue Ridge Chapter of Ikebana, the Ikebana International of Asheville, and is a former member of NC State Florist Association.
