I never dreamed of being a wedding photographer. I thought it was all the same, you show up to a venue, photograph different couples in the same poses every weekend and after is all said and done never see them again. However one day while I was taking photographs of people I loved and cared about it clicked! I could photograph couples who I truly got along with, who just want to have a great time on their wedding day. Couples who want to be themselves. Couples who I could consider friends, not clients. I live in New York City and Northwest CT with my wife and our two rescue dogs. I am a commercial lifestyle and wedding photographer. My creative journey began when I spent a decade touring the country with my indie rock band, The Booda Velvets. While on tour I was always taking photos with my dad’s old Pentax film camera and a Polaroid SX70.
