A former Pabst Blue Ribbon distribution warehouse has been transformed into Watermark Solarium, showcasing barrel-aged beer and private events / weddings. Our venue was designed around the goal of helping our clients host the "best party of their entire lives".

Major changes are happening in downtown Marshall as the long-vacant building at 112 N. Eagle Street transforms. The new Venue 19 Zero 9, named after Schuler’s founding year in 1909, will occupy the historic Dreamers Furniture store, blending Schuler’s legacy with modern elegance for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. The venue will feature a reception room for 250 guests, intimate seating areas, bridal quarters, large restrooms, and three boutique hotel rooms. Schuler’s Restaurant will provide exclusive catering for exceptional culinary experiences.

Port 393 is a new luxury event space in Holland, MI. We have a customizable floor plan and even a rooftop where you and your guests can witness views of Lake Macatawa. Port 393 has a main level reception space with a full bar and catering kitchen, along with a second floor containing a cocktail hour area, full bar & garage door access to the sky view rooftop lounge. Port 393 has a list of catering partners for every event, within every price range making it easy to find amazing vendors! Port 393 is currently booking weddings on Thursday - Sunday. Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).

Hidden Vineyard is a working farm and vineyard with an elegant old barn that looks out over the rolling fields. There is a large Catalpa tree near the barn that is the second-largest Catalpa tree in Michigan and makes for a wonderful outdoor ceremony site. The old barn hosts lovely receptions and has a large covered deck that overlooks the vineyard.
