I am so incredibly thrilled we decided to have our wedding at Palma Sola Botanical Park. From the first time we visited, we got such a good vibe from them. The park is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained and incredibly quiet. This location is DIY, which means you get the flexibility to pull together the event YOU want and they provide all of the information, answers and support you'd need along the way. For the price and beautiful location, it's definitely tough to beat. We're soooo happy with how the day turned out!

Ryan & I knew we wanted a beach wedding, but where? My husband had been to St. Pete Beach one other time for a work event, so that’s how we settled with the beach. Picking the venue seemed like a daunting task all the way from Nebraska, but once we found Tradewinds and met Hannah, their wedding coordinator, we knew instantly. We flew down one time before our wedding, so I really trusted Hannah and our planner and they knocked it out of the park. The hotel room was perfect size for my wedding party and I to get ready and with the natural light from the beautiful room views our makeup artist was in heaven! The guys spent the day enjoying an amazing lunch at the Flying Bridge, playing mini-putt and hanging out at the lobby bar while they waited. The photo backdrops you can find around the property made for magical wedding photos. Our ceremony was on the beach and the set up was perfect! The reception was in the courtyard and it was the best spot. We go visit the courtyard each time we come back to visit! The food was 10/10! I wish they had a restaurant on their property that served the same food that was served that night because we would eat there constantly! Their chef is truly so skilled! You don’t hear many people talk about wedding food, but 2 1/2 years later and our guests still rave about it; specifically the corn chowder! Yum! I really can’t thank Hannah, Tradewinds, and our planner enough. I didn’t feel an ounce of stress planning our wedding because of them. Tradewinds has really become our home away from home and it is all because of the amazing work they did for the biggest day of our life!

We photographed a wedding at the Fusion and could not be more excited to be part of this new venue! The event staff team was extremely professional and the ceremony site and reception venue on the rooftop are exactly what you and your guests will love. The rooms are really spacious and not dated like so many older venues on the beach. We highly recommend Lori Daugherty, event manage to ake care of all the details for your stress free wedding event. Powel Crosley built the Florida winter home for his wife, Gwendolyn, in 1929. The two-and-a-half-story Mediterranean mansion was built in the southwest corner of Bradenton on a 60-acre parcel of land on Sarasota Bay adjacent to the John Ringling Estate. The 11,000-square-foot home has 21 rooms and 10 baths, and an adjacent carriage house has room for three cars and servants' quarters on the second floor. Originally the mansion had a swimming pool, a seaplane dock and yacht basin. The home featured many innovations for its time, including a steel frame encased in cast stone, embedded pipes and wiring, and a 135-day construction schedule. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Seagate was saved from commercial development and purchased for renovation by Manatee County, which operates it as a meeting, conference and event venue.

The Barn at Jewel Farms was created as an extension of Lake Jewel Farms, a plant nursery and landscaping company in Odessa, FL. Owners Henry and Kristen Arce decided to expand their property and business in 2021, by buying an additional 15 acres of land adjacent to their plant nursery. Their vision was to build a barn as an event center to bring people together for weddings and other special events. We have many other usable event spaces including ceremony locations, a covered patio for cocktail hour, Bridal Suite and The Lounge. Included in all of our venue rentals are a sweetheart table, classic 8 ft. farmhouse tables and matching bench seating. We have an assortment of additional tables for guest book, seating chart, gifts, cake and desserts upon request.

I absolutely love this venue! The modern yet chic style of the venue immediately drew me in from the first time I visited. I have been to many venues in our area and this one is definitely completely original! ...and then to be just steps away from the beach?! Perfection. We were so lucky with weather and the sunset, the night was absolutely amazing! Our wedding date was November 12. We had the ceremony on the beach and then the reception was under the pavilion. We decorated mainly with string lights and the vibe was everything I wanted for an island beach wedding. Molly helped us plan and Jess was our day of coordinator, both did an excellent job. Nothing major went wrong and Jess helped keep everything on track. The only real downside was the guests have to use the bathrooms that are inside the restaurant.

We cannot stop raving about the venue and staff at the Sarasota Art Museum! From the Director to the volunteers, everyone was so friendly, helpful, and hard working. This occurred from our initial consultation and fact-finding inquiries and visits. This continued through the planning and implementation process of our event! Never did I ever imagine how smooth everything would go. Laura always provided the details and clarification of anything that I may have missed or just needed additional information on and the security staff worked efficiently to make sure we were able to store necessary items in a safe location for before and after our event. Carolyn and her kitchen/catering staff with Constellations Catering Group were phenomenal! We do not say this lightly! Carolyn was super communicative and at any point and time was able to be reached quickly when needed. I have never met a friendlier more down to earth person while still making sure that the business needs are still addressed professionally and promptly. THANK YOU CAROLYN! From A to Z, the food and service were superb and on point. The Kitchen and catering staff are highly recommended. They catered to our every need and the food is the best that I have ever experienced in my 30 years of attending business and personal events. We continue to get raving compliments from our guests about the wonderful service and simply delicious food that we enjoyed during our event on 04/20/2024! Thank you again to the entire Team! The location is perfect, so close to everything which made planning our rehearsal & lodging so easy. The staff is incredible. From the young men who opened the barn doors for my entrance, the planner, Theresa, to our Coordinator Hector, we could not have asked for more. What a beautiful spot! Tucked away on acreage between Orlando and Tampa is Scars Farm. Bright, natural, spacious, and well appointed. Located on the beautiful intracoastal, the Clearwater Community Sailing Center is home to the Carlisle Room and Veranda. With views of Clearwater Bay, our space is an ideal location to for your special occasion. It is a blank canvas for you to make your occasion unique. A full day time block is 9AM – 11PM. The time block needs to include decorating, the event and clean up. Tables and chairs are included in the rental price. Our staff will set the tables and chairs up for you by 11am on the day of your event. All other set up and decorating is DIY. We do use preferred catering so we ask that you choose from a list of five approved vendors. If you go outside that list, or choose to bring your own food there will be $250 fee.

From the moment we started working with the Marriott, we have had the best experience. We worked with Jenna, the sales manager, a lot and she was also so responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I honestly was not stressed the week of the wedding because I felt like she was so helpful and trusted her to make sure all of my requests were met. She even came to our welcome reception to greet our guests and hand them drink tickets. A few weeks before the wedding, we met Dan, the banquet coordinator, who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful in helping us envision our room set up. He stayed the day before our wedding to set up the room early and it was flawless. He stood at the door of our reception when guests arrived to help direct them to their seats. His hard work and dedication to what he does was truly evident. I feel that Jenna and Dan truly went above and beyond to ensure we had our dream wedding. Joanna was also very helpful with our wedding room block as she is very responsive and quickly assisted with anyone hotel room needs for either my guests or myself. All of the hotel staff including front desk, valet, bartenders, servers etc were also amazing throughout our stay. We got SO many compliments from our guests about how welcoming, friendly, and helpful all the Marriott staff was. Even the maids were amazing and so warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived at the Marriott for our wedding weekend, we were greeted by Wilmer, who was beyond helpful is unloading our car and transferring multiple items into our hotel room and he was present throughout the weekend to assist us with any other needs we had. Also, Rick and Ricardo were amazing bartenders, super friends, accommodating and truly helped to make our wedding into a full weekend event full of fun and everlasting memories. All in all I could not have asked for a better weekend with the support of the Marriott!! I would recommend this group to anyone and hope to be back to visit again soon!

When I heard about the Colonial at Sunset and its location, I assumed it was going to be another barn venue. Nothing wrong with barn venues, it just wasn’t our vision for our day. The entire property was our backyard wedding dream and the owners made our experience better than we could have imagined. Britt and her husband went above and beyond for us. Before we even arrived to start getting ready for the day, her husband was out front pressure washing the outdoor area where we chose to have our ceremony. I am so grateful for their hearts and the details they payed attention to so we didn’t have to worry about it or even think about it. We opted for the all inclusive package which made our experience with planning that much easier. I recall one meeting asking if I was missing anything or if there was anything more I needed to do because it all felt too easy and she assured me that with her help, that’s how it was supposed to feel. Leading up to the day of the wedding we knew we wanted our focus to be on each other and God and walking into the day we knew we could confidently do that because of Britt and the way she serves others on their special day with excellence. Wishing Well Barn has been serving families from all over the world since 2012! Our motto is "Your wedding wishes come true" and we stand by that motto. We want to know about your dream wedding! Our 77 acre blueberry and cattle farm offers gorgeous waterfront pond views, majestic oaks, flower fields and a vintage barn with twinkling lights and chandeliers. Our barn is large enough to hold 299 of your closest friends and family and we have AC units and fans to cool the party. We offer an all-inclusive package, as well as a DIY package. We have a beautiful bridal cottage with seating for 16 guests. While the ladies are getting hair and make-up done in the bridal cottage, the groom and groomsmen can hang out in our unparalleled groom's room that sports a pool table, poker table and a bar. We have two shooting ranges and a pond for fishing. Our families have all day access to the farm leading up to the wedding and we include six hours for the event!
