We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. “We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.”

“Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.”
