Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

Nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Hudson, this stunning stone structure features luxurious rooms and garden terraces ideal for weddings, meetings, gala fundraisers, product launches or any occasion you can imagine. Tappan Hill is perfect for hosting a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to mansion-wide celebrations. With views of a stunning, newly renovated garden, The Hudson Room is perfect for small weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and meetings, while the Pavilion Room hosts larger gatherings. Both rooms have expansive glass, stunning views and all the requisite amenities. Whatever the occasion, this historic setting is the perfect backdrop for the most special events.

With intimate gardens and spectacular views of the Hudson River and New Jersey Palisades, Wave Hill offers the most romantic setting in New York City for your unforgettable wedding. Your ceremony takes place at the Pergola on the Great Lawn, with your cocktail hour there— or on either the Lower Lawn or the Kate French Terrace adjacent to historic Wave Hill House. Dinner is held in Armor Hall. Capacity there is capped at 130 guests, including a small band and dance floor in the Hall. If you choose to locate the dance floor nearby in the adjacent Mark Twain Room, then capacity increases to a limit of 180 guests. Weddings at Wave Hill take place only in the evening, with guests arriving after the gardens have closed to the general public. Only one evening event is booked per date to ensure your event is private and exclusive. All events work with our exclusive caterer Great Performances to create a personalized, quality experience for you and your guests.

The Lake House at Van Cortlandt Park Golf Course sets the stage for a very special occasion with a lakefront view and one of the most historic Event Venues in New York. The Lake House is located in the North West corner of the Bronx, only several short miles from the border with Westchester County, and it has a 2,500+ sq. ft. outdoor deck with lovely views of the lake.
