I specialize in nostalgic and cinematic imagery and video, and lead with a documentary approach, mixed with editorial aesthetic (usually for direct flash portraits, which are my favorite). Whether you’re having a wild wedding weekend, a thoughtful woodsy elopement or a grand celebration at an estate, I'm here for it. Upstate New York is my home base, but I love to travel. When I'm not photographing weddings, you can usually find me listening to Taylor Swift, getting coffee with my husband, Teddy, or drawing in my sketchbook.

Folls' Flowers started in 1999 with the purchase of a 98 acre farm in the Finger Lakes of Central New York. Thea Folls and daughter Heather Walz planted and cared for one acre of flowers to begin and have expanded over the last twenty years to include many different trees, flowering shrubs, perennials, bulbs and annual flowers. We are adding a high tunnel to expand our harvest season in the spring and we are also planting hundreds of new flowering shrubs including hydrangeas, hollies, spirea, pussy willows, and evergreens.
