We are an interfaith chapel residing on the Long Island University Post Campus. Our Chapel can fit up to 200 guests, with lighting and speakers for all to hear and see your beautiful ceremony. Additionally, we have a lower level room that can be used for getting ready, or a small after-ceremony reception. After the ceremony is done, walk the 330 acre campus to take photos at our labyrinth, Marjorie Merriweather's Estate, and our beautiful gardens.

Bitter Monk is an intimate cocktail bar and the tasting room of our micro-distillery and spirits brand, ATHERAS SPIRITS, specializing in cocktails made primarily from our own house-made Amari, herbal liqueurs and bitters while further exploring our signature style of cocktails that utilizes herbs, spices, wild plants, roots, fruits and flowers, many of which are foraged for us by Tama Matsuoka Wong. In addition to our own products, Bitter Monk uses New York State brands exclusively.

Billy's Place private Event room is a converted warehouse venue in Industry City, Brooklyn, NY. Open Farmhouse is located on 300 acres of protected land in Redding, Connecticut. Just an hour and a half drive from New York City, it’s easily accessible by car or short shuttle from metro north. As part of a working farm, guests experience farm fresh produce, bucolic views and engagement with the land. Built in 1840, the historic Federal Style house sits at the center of the farm, with sweeping views of the surrounding fields and forests. Restored true to its era, it’s a grand yet inviting space for gatherings of 10 to 50 people. Five private bedrooms provide a good night’s sleep, with simple furnishings and comfortable mattresses. Three shared bathrooms allow everyone to get ready for the day. All linens and towels provided.
