“I truly cannot recommend them enough. I can confidently brag that we had the best wedding band I’ve ever heard. We saw them perform at another wedding and booked them in between sets they were so good. For ours, we had a 7 piece band perform for the reception and it was so incredible (Motown, funk, oldies, and pop). They brought great energy and the music was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests. They also did the audio for the ceremony and cocktail hour (just recorded songs, not live) and MC’ed the whole event. It went so smoothly. We filled out an extensive form they have and then met to review the plan for the day. It went off perfectly and flowed so well. Definitely worth asking for Kelley the pianist because he’s also a great singer. My one note is we got a wireless mic for the ceremony and there was a little delay in the audio so it was a little disorienting to speak like there was an echo. It making reading vows a little hard. So I’d recommend either talking to them about that or going with a wired mic, maybe.”

“We used Sam Hill Entertainment to book the band “The Dickens”. This is the part of our wedding everyone is still talking about. They played such a variety that every age was able to enjoy. She was very responsive, communicative, and has a super easy online portal that helps capture every detail you could think of for the event music. She’s also a lovely human in general to work with. We had multiple guests tell us they could not stop dancing or singing along the entire night. We had every age group on the dance floor. “Matt went above and beyond to make our wedding exactly what we hoped for and then some! From the start, he was personable and made an effort to get to know us as a couple and what our guests might look for, rather than making assumptions or working off a "templated plan." He was nonjudgmental and offered creative suggestions/solutions on matters we didn't think of or didn't know enough about. At the same time, he took into account every tiny/unusual request or detail we asked for.
