She was very responsive, communicative, and has a super easy online portal that helps capture every detail you could think of for the event music. She’s also a lovely human in general to work with. We went with the approach of choosing the major songs and providing general recommendations around genres and let the expert handle the rest. We had multiple guests tell us they could not stop dancing or singing along the entire night. We had every age group on the dance floor. “We hired Philip from Good Musicians for our wedding and he was phenomenal! Philip played acoustic guitar for our ceremony/cocktail hour and then transitioned to a fantastic DJ for the reception! He did such a great job playing the song requests we had on the guitar, and he even learned a few that was very important for us to be played! We got SO many compliments from the guests of the wedding on how well he preformed- including family members that are singers and performers themselves! Then for the reception, he brought the PARTY as the DJ. He was able to really capture the vibe of what we were looking for as well as what the guests wanted to hear. Prior to the wedding, he was very attentive to what we were looking for in terms of song request and do not play lists. He also provided a very large song library of suggestions, as well as songs he knows how to play via Spotify- this made our lives SO much easier and was such a great resource! We also rented uplighting and cold fireworks for our wedding though Philip, which really elevated the party atmosphere. I highly recommend to hire Philip/good musicians for your wedding, he was such a pleasure to have! I can only imagine how talented his band is as well!!”
