For me, photography has always been meditative. When I'm working with my camera, I'm constantly considering the best possible way to portray my subjects that feels truly beautiful and honest. I work in both film + digital!

My love for music lead me to another art form; photography. I went from recording studios to photo studios and I haven’t looked back. While working on social media projects for Diddy and meeting celebrities left and right i figured it would be the perfect time to start doing photography. While artist portraits and club photography felt fun, the vanity soon wore off and i wanted to produce images that would be more meaningful. Wedding photography created a happy medium for me.

I'm in the business of you enjoying your wedding day and want you to forget all about the camera. I have been a professional photographer for over 20 years with 30 Wedding Photojournalists Association awards to my credit. Tyler’s love of photography started in his mid-twenties while touring with the Billboard-charting indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves. He began his professional photography career capturing behind-the-scenes images for national ad campaigns and found his strength in anticipating all of the emotional, hilarious, quirky and exciting candid moments. Tyler’s documentary photography style is inspired by photo journalism and his editing embodies the tones, contrast and color familiar to analog film. While he enjoys the technical and creative aspects of portraiture photography, capturing the spontaneity of life is what drives his work.

Alicia was born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut and spent five years as a young adult living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Somewhere between strolling the streets of Yale University as a little girl and exploring the old cobblestone roads of Europe as an adult, Alicia developed a love for architecture, light, and the old soul feeling that comes with analog documentation. Alas, a film photographer was born in the streets of Europe somewhere in the early 2000's, one who had a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for fashion. My style of photography tells the story of your day that is found in between moments.

I believe photography should tell the story of your day in an authentic, natural way, preserving memories for a lifetime. By allowing the day to unfold naturally I am able to capture raw emotion from the big moments all the way to the smallest details.
