We had the pleasure of being recommended High Voltage by Swan Lake and little did we know just how great that recommendation truly was! While it’s taken a minute to write this review, I wanted to have the time to fully express just how amazing High Voltage was, and how I genuinely don’t think our wedding would have been what it was without the amazing efforts of the High Voltage team! From the minute that I began speaking with Anthony and Angelo, it was a similar experience as with finding Swan Lake– I knew they were our DJ’s! Not only did they have everything we could have ever wanted or needed equipment wise, but they were so motivated and excited to work our wedding! My consult at their office was completely informative and so easy! While I don’t think I was a difficult bride, I had big ideas haha. Being that Swan Lake has several rooms and different areas, and music was so important to Britt and I, I had a unique vision to have different music playing in different rooms of the venue. I was sooo prepared to be told it wasn’t possible! But they did it and it was absolutely AMAZING. We did not have a sit down dinner service, but more like an endless cocktail hour, so guests were moving around all night… Every room had a different vibe, with music to match, all throughout the evening!. You were listening to alternative/emo in the bar and the foyer.. Mellow electronic in the ballroom and non stop epic dance track after dance track on the patio dance floor ALL. NIGHT. Every room I walked in and out of was filled with people having THE best time! Every announcement was made properly, everything was ran by me throughout the night and the guys kept me consistently in the loop (thwarting several not so great requests haha). They brought in and installed the most glorious red, orange and yellow colored uplighting throughout the entire venue– which COMPLETED my fall themed decor, it looked absolutely stunning. The entire night looked and sounded so beautiful and such a HUGE thanks goes to the High Voltage team. Thank you for making my music and lighting dreams come true, guys! We went into the wedding with zero playlists and just told him to play whatever - every song was perfect. During the preparation process before the wedding, he fully understood our busy schedules and proactively reached out to us about any areas where we were lacking, allowing us to prepare accordingly. “Lucas was recommended to us as "the DJ you want to hire if you want someone you can trust to keep your dance floor full and to read the crowd to keep your party going," which immediately appealed to us. We live in Brooklyn, and got married in the Catskills, and found out that Lucas also DJs regularly at some of our favorite spots in Brooklyn. From our first contact with Lucas, he was responsive, kind, interested in getting to know us and our taste, and super professional. We connected on a personal level as well as on a musical one. Now, having had Lucas DJ our wedding and supply all of the audio equipment, we can't recommend him highly enough. The audio for our ceremony and speeches worked without a hitch (he also helped to professionally feed our ceremony audio/music into our livestream setup), Lucas knew exactly the right moments to take cues for music, and when the dance party began, he played great music that totally matched our vibe and tastes, and as promised, he kept the dance floor full all night (no small feat, especially because we downsized our wedding to 60 guests). In addition to being an excellent DJ, he's also a great guy to be around, and on your wedding day, it's really nice to feel like you are surrounded by people you want to spend time with. Multiple people came up to us to ask about Lucas during and after our wedding, because he was that exceptional. Hire him and you will be so glad you did! Couldn't ask for more in a DJ.”

“My husband and I had one non-negotiable for our wedding - to have a live band. We went to the BVT showcase and immediately fell in love with Experience. They were a little bit out of our budget, but we decided to book them anyways and cut back on other things and let me tell you ...they were worth every single penny!!! Luke is the nicest, coolest guy and so great to work with!! He listened to every request we had leading up and I truly didn't think about a thing during the wedding day - he had our timeline completely under control and kept us on track (and if we were running behind I still have no idea because he's that good!!). The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the band was and several of them even got their card for their own events! Having Experience was the best decision we made!! “Music was the hardest decision for us when approaching vendor selection for our wedding. We wanted a chill vibe for our "rustic elegant" barn wedding, and music that would work for a relaxed family style dinner, dance floor for those who wanted to dance, and chilling by the fire pits with s'mores later. Ryan completely understood our vibe and delivered! His live music during dinner was amazing - we had heard his YouTube videos and they don't do justice to his live performance! Later Ryan switched from live music to DJing and he masterfully balanced the energy for all of our wedding guests. Guests could enjoy conversations at the table while still hearing each other, the dance floor was hoppin from little nieces and nephews up to grandparents and the fireside ambiance outside was on point. As an added bonus, his dance floor lights looked magical on the barn beams. This guy is the real deal, and is unique in the industry with both live and DJ music all in one! ““Your wedding band was amazing,” was what I heard the most from my guests after they remised about the night, and everyone is right, The Last Nites are amazing. Waylan and team put on a show and made my wedding night unforgettable. Music was huge for me so when I went to hire a wedding band, I went to a lot of shows before booking. The Last Nites was by far the best band I went to see. From their song selection, to the way they work the stage, if you’re not dancing it’s because you’re sitting and you’re most likely still bopping your head. We hired TLN for the entirety of the wedding: Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. All of it was perfect. For the song selections, we were able to choose a good amount of songs that we liked from their wide array of songs, and then TLNs put together a set list based on our tastes, which, they nailed. They learned our first dance, a father-daughter dance, and also a ceremony procession song, all of which were perfect. I’ve always wanted to walk to a song from my favorite video game and although it seemed really hard and somewhat impossible, Waylan made sure it happened. I still get emotional thinking about the rendition I was lucky enough to walk to, it really made my wedding day that more special. Everything about working with The Last Nites was perfect, and they made my wedding that much more amazing; it felt like I wasn’t at a wedding, but a show where everyone was on the floor dancing. The team showed up on time, set up, and looked amazing. Everything was super professional and on point. I can’t recommend The Last Nites enough, and anyone who attended my wedding, or I bet even sees them perform, would say the same.”

“Living Jade was the best decision we made for our wedding vendors. They played at our engagement party in Santa Barbara and our actual wedding in San Francisco. Steve encountered an issue with a band member. The singer got sick the day before the wedding, but he found a replacement that was outstanding. His network of musicians allowed him to resolve a major issue. My husband and I were happy that our contract was respected. On top of that, the energy of the band was amazing on stage. We were so happy that our guests were all on the dance floor. I never sweat so much on a dance floor.”

“From our first meeting I know Matty would be the perfect fit. He is super kind and incredibly professional. He led us through the wedding process with ease and smiles. He listened to our requests and added his own magic which I knew he would do. The dance floor was packed!! Matty was perfect in his execution- never stealing the spotlight from the bride and groom and he didn’t sing and shout over the music which we appreciated! (That has a time and place but not for this wedding). He pulled together instrumentals for the ceremony and managed the artists and added musicians at the reception and it really brought out the celebratory vibe of the night.
