MASHA IS THE PHOTOGRAPHER YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!!
Masha is an incredible photographer. As a fellow wedding photographer, finding the right person to document our colorful wedding on Maui took some time, but as soon as I talked to Masha and saw her full wedding galleries I knew she was the one! She took such care to get to know us the months leading up to the wedding and on the day made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Just a few days after our wedding she sent over the most beautiful sneak peeks. When I saw them I immediately started crying she just captured our day so beautifully!! I highly recommend Masha for her artistic eye, professionalism, attention to detail, and the care she puts into her job. She is fantastic!!
Memories for a lifetime
I originally found Masha through Zola and was impressed by her editorial style photos. I am so happy that Masha was available to photograph our wedding. She made me feel so comfortable and so gorgeous all day. My husband was nervous about being in front of the camera but she helped guide our posing and he looks very natural in the end result! Photography is a large part of the wedding day and I'm grateful I spent that time with Masha. I am picky about photos since my dad is very passionate about photography, especially film photography. The photos (both digital and the film ones) turned out absolutely incredible. She took both traditional wedding portraits as well as some very dreamy gorgeous editorial-like photos. It's hard to convey how happy I am about the experience. I'm already dreaming about another vow renewal so I can book Masha again!

Finding the right photographer was a daunting task; we had a specific style and feel in mind, and her portfolio and initial consultation immediately put us at ease. Her vision and attention to detail were clear from the start, and she captured the essence of our day. The photos we’ve seen are stunning—they beautifully showcase the special memories of the day. We’re thrilled with the moments she captured and can’t wait to see the rest of the photos. Masha was great to work with—professional, friendly, and so talented. She brought great energy and made us feel comfortable, allowing us to be ourselves in front of the camera. Her ability to mix candid shots with thoughtfully composed images was amazing, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the photos, knowing that Masha was capturing everything perfectly.
A photographer
Planning a wedding is exhausting—there are endless decisions. One of the very first decisions we made was to ask Masha to photograph our day. Having followed her work, I was certain I wanted to see our memories through her eyes. We've been married for about a week now and, having gotten our first batch of photos back, Masha was the right decision! If you're looking through her portfolio, the quality speaks for itself. But what you don't see in those photos is what it's like to actually work with her. As an anecdote, a few weeks before the wedding we had a check-in call to cover some of the final details so that she could prepare. This was the peak of the stress. We were so over the details and just could not wait for the day to come. Masha said something offhand that stuck with us. She told us that, at the end of the day, a wedding is just dinner and dancing. Don't sweat the small stuff. It's all going to come together, it'll be a good day, and it's ultimately a celebration with those you love. We kept that in mind the day of our wedding. Masha showed up early to scout our two shooting locations. We opted to have her shoot the wedding alone. Throughout the day, she bopped around and captured a huge variety of shots without us needing to think about it at all. She blended in with our guests in a way that didn't call too much attention to the fact that she was photographing. She describes her style as a blend of documentary and editorial and that's pretty spot on. We've only seen the initial preview of our images but they're fantastic. It took several looks through to appreciate how many good ones there are. If you're considering Masha, I can't recommend her enough. Out of all of the vendors we worked with, she was the easiest. She showed up, brought a matter-of-fact, professional energy that was just right, and churned out really interesting images that have helped us experience details of the day we were too busy to notice. We will treasure these photos forever.
