Jenn met Arielle the first few weeks of Jenn's freshman year of college. They are both members of the Alpha Phi Fraternity and Arielle is Jenn's sorority big sister - and occasionally they are running partners
Chance Wilson

Chance and Brandon met in San Diego when they were both stationed at Miramar with the Marine Corps. They developed a close friendship while at Miramar and spent their time being outdoors and away from the base.
Courtney Schooley

Courtney met Jenn during her sophomore year of college. They are also in the Alpha Phi Fraternity where Courtney is Jenn's sorority little sister and they've remained close with each other despite living at other ends of the country (and now different countries!) after college.

John and Brandon met while stationed at Quantico as part of the Marine Security Augmentation Unit. They grew to be good friends while at Quantico and continued their friendship even after John got out of the Marines.
