Getting to Colorado

If you will be flying in, we strongly recommend you book your flights into the Denver International Airport (DEN). From here, you will be able to get a rental car, or take the train into Union Station in Denver (downtown) for the following transportation options.

Greyhound/Charter Bus-Style Ride to Winter Park There is a bus running every day that can take you from Denver Union Station to Winter Park on the Bustang Outrider via the ‘Craig-Denver’ line. Tickets are $11 per person (half-price if you’re over 65!). Tickets must be purchased using the app.

Similar to a ‘driver’ or ‘car service’, these are ‘personal’ rides to the mountains directly from Denver International Airport. You can pre-schedule a ride for your party/group with Home James Transportation or Grand Mountain Rides.

The Winter Park Resort Village provides guests with various different options - everything from your “traditional” hotel room, to three-bedroom condos, and everything in-between! The 5 buildings listed below are the ONLY options if you wish to use our discount link! Each townhome has a private entrance and parking for increased comfort and accessibility. ***Zephyr Mountain Lodge:*** This lodge offers fully-equipped one, two, and three-bedroom condos with a variety of in-unit amenities. ***The Vintage Hotel:*** Comfortable and convenient accommodations. You can choose from traditional hotel rooms, lofted studios, multi-bedroom suites, and more. The Vintage hotel is located across the main road - while you can still easily walk, on the weekends there is also the “Village Cabriolet” (a mini gondola) connected to the resort’s base village. Free parking and pet friendly! ***Iron Horse Resort*** This building is a short walk to the WP resort's base village, and is also on the free WP shuttle route. You can choose from studio, one, and two-bedroom units - and the building includes a heated pool, hot tub, and free parking. There are also various different rental home options in the nearby (~5-10 minutes) town of Winter Park and surrounding areas (like Fraser about 15-20 minutes away)! Please feel free to look at AirBnB, VRBO, and Vacasa should you (and your family or friends) want to check-out other accommodations! Tip: There are also some privately owned units/rooms WITHIN the Winter Park Resort base village, even at some of the buildings listed above, that are listed on AirBnB, etc! *These do not fall under the wedding party discount.
