Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Cocktail Party wedding attire. The ceremony will be held on the beach so wear appropriate shoes. Suits or Tuxedos and long or short Semi-Formal/Cocktail dresses. Rehearsal Dinner: Casual attire is welcome.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00. Please arrive no later than 3:30 PM at the Marriott Resort & Spa Lobby. The wedding coordinator will escort all guests and bridal party to the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Marriott will provide complimentary self-parking. Valet parking will not be included in this.

What's for dinner?

Answer

The luau is buffet style & there is an OPEN BAR. Menu: Appetizers: J.A. Farms Garden Salad, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Waipi’o Valley Poi, Asian Style Ginger Soba Salad, Pineapple Coleslaw, Ulu (Breadfruit) Potato Salad, Mauka & Makai Poke, Fresh baked Taro Rolls. Entrees: Kalua Pua’a, Steamed I’a (catch of the day), Kiawe Grilled Io (Beef) Steaks with Teriyaki Mango Marinade, Hulihuli Moa (Chicken), Farm Fresh steamed Vegetables, Steamed ‘Uala (sweet potatoes in coconut glaze, and White Rice. Desserts: Array of Fresh Pineapple and Strawberries, Coconut Cake, Lilikoi Chiffon cake, Double Chocolate Cake, warm Bread Pudding with Vanilla Bean Custard Sauce, and traditional Banana Bread.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation. Everyone will have to drive themselves to the ceremony. You can also Uber if you do not want to have your car there. Your condo may even be close enough to walk!

Answer

We have chosen to do a cash Registry as we have everything we could possibly need. Please see Registry for more information.

How can I send a handwritten note if I cannot attend?
