Wedding Ceremony
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Please arrive at the Marriott guest lobby at 3:30 PM. The wedding coordinator will walk the guests and bridal party down to the ceremony together, so please make sure you arrive on time. It is a bit of a walk to the wedding ceremony, and it will be held on the beach so wear shoes conducive to walk in. It can also be quite windy at that time of day, so plan accordingly. The temperature is very warm around 78-80 degrees. For parking, the Marriott will provide complimentary self-park, but valet service will need to be charged as they are a union property. After the ceremony, please stick around for photos, our first dance, and our cake cutting ceremony.
Luau Reception
5:30 pm - 8:15 pm

In lieu of a traditional wedding reception, we will be attending the Sunset Luau at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort. After the ceremony schedule, times subject to change as we get closer: -We will be taking photos as newlyweds and with all of you -Mike & I will have our first dance -We will do a small cake cutting ceremony & take more photos -Then off to the luau for dinner. The luau is the Big Island’s most authentic luau. It is buffet style & there is an OPEN BAR. Tickets have been paid for; you just show up!
