Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel
San Miguel’s most famous church, La Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. What Notre Dame is to Paris, La Parroquia is to San Miguel.
El Jardin (Zocalo)
El Jardin is San Miguel's main plaza, located in the heart of the city. At the Zocalo (also referred to as El Jardin), you can spend time people-watching, perusing the nearby shops and restaurants.
The Restaurant
You'd think walking around town asking people where "The Restaurant" is located would lead to some confusion - don't worry, for the most part people will know which restaurant you're referring to :) It is one of our favorite dinner spots located in the heart of San Miguel. Very romantic and the food is *kisses fingertips* delicious.
BOVINE
A brasserie-style restaurant located inside the Post Code Design building. There are vegetarian options but this place is really meant for the meat-eaters out there.
Atrio Restaurant
We went here on our last trip to SMA. The rooftop is a perfect place to enjoy lunch on a sunny afternoon.
La Única San Miguel de Allende
Be sure to get a table on the terrace which overlooks the Parroquia. Watching the sunset from here is beautiful.
Casa Dragones
Into tequila? Take some time to visit the Casa Dragones Tasting Room. Reservations can be made by contacting Concierge@CasaDragones.com. The place is hard to find so make sure to coordinate with their concierge!
