For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Indigo in Riverhead, NY (approximately a 10-minute drive from Giorgio's). Please call (631) 369-2200 x 0 to make your reservation and mention the Manwaring & Lesce Wedding Block to receive a discounted rate. Rates for Single King Bed or 2 Double Beds rooms are $199.00 on Saturday, April 6th, and $139.00 on Sunday, April 7th plus applicable State and Local taxes. Guests can upgrade to Suites for an additional $100 per night [when booking through the block guests do not get charged until check-out]. Be sure to book your hotel room by March 6, 2024, to receive the discount. Check-in is at 3 pm or later. Check-out is at 11 am.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hotel Indigo to Giorgio's

Shuttle will depart from Hotel Indigo promptly at 2:30pm. A 40-person shuttle will be available for an 8-hour duration for anyone needing transportation to and from Hotel Indigo with unlimited trips (so no worries if you forget something at the hotel).

Long Island MacArthur Airport

This is the closest airport to our event, but not always the most convenient to fly to and from. JFK and LaGuardia are closer to NYC, but offer more airlines and flights.

John F. Kennedy International Airport

JFK is the closest major airport to Long Island. This is the best option for guests planning on using public transportation. It connects straight from its terminals to Jamaica, where you can take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), via the MTA's AirTrain (costs approx. $5). airport or take the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) to the Jamaica station.

Flight

LaGuardia Airport

For budget-conscious guests, LaGuardia is often be the cheapest option for booking domestic travel to NYC. However, it is harder to access the public transportation system from this airport (although possible with a bus-to-subway-to-LIRR transfer). Travel to LI from LGA is much easier with a car or taxi, so be mindful of this extra expense in your budget.

Long Island Rail Road

RONKONKOMA BRANCH The closest train station to our venue is Riverhead train station. Please plan ahead carefully when using the LIRR for travel, trains to this part of Long Island only run a handful of times per day.

The Hampton Jitney - Bus Service

NORTH FORK LINE The closest stop to our venue is the Riverhead stop. The Jitney runs more frequently than the LIRR and is another option for guests using public transportation.
