We recommend flying into Puerto Vallarta. We will arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel for guests staying at the Hyatt Ziva. After you exit Customs, walk toward the official taxi ticket sellers outside to find your pre-arranged shuttle/car. Avoid the timeshare vendors inside airport - we here they can be very persuasive. **Please email us your confirmed flight itinerary to wedding@sarahandtristan.com so we can coordinate shuttle pick-ups**

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All Inclusive Resort

We are working with Barefoot Bridal to coordinate our room reservations at the Hyatt Ziva You will need to book directly with Barefoot Bridal to receive the discounted rates in our room block. Please know our rates and rooms are only guaranteed if rooms remain available at the hotel. Due to the postponed nature of our event, the hotel is unable to hold any additional rooms in our room block, however they will honor our group rates if rooms are still available. You will need to put down a $100 deposit if you'd like to take advantage of our discounted rates and secure your room. Room balances will be due on December 16, 2020.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle between the Hyatt Ziva and Maritime Terminal

December 7, 2020 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

Our wedding is taking place on a private beach that is only accessible by boat. We will provide a shuttle to and from the Maritime Terminal for all guests staying at the Hyatt Ziva. For guests not staying at the Hyatt, please ask the concierge at your hotel for transportation options to the Maritime Terminal. All wedding guests will board a private boat at the Maritime Terminal together. The boat leaves promptly at 4:30. Please do not miss this boat as this is the only way to get there. If you miss the boat, you miss the wedding. There are no later departure times. Be aware that there will be only one return boat at the end of the evening so plan accordingly.
