If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! However, we are staying at a child friendly hotel. There is a kids club onsite open during the day included with your stay. There are also babysitters available at the hotel for an additional charge. If you would like to bring your child(ren) on this trip please plan to make arrangements for childcare the night of the wedding. The hotel concierge may have recommendations and options.
As soon as possible. Due to the postponed nature of our event, the hotel is not holding any rooms in our room block for guests-BUT- they will honor our discounted room rates as long as rooms are available. A $100 deposit will hold your reservation with final payment due on December 16, 2020.
Yes. Our venue requires a final headcount on April 1, 2020 so we need to know your plans by then. We understand it's challenging to make plans in advance in the midst of a pandemic but we are hopeful the world will be in a better place by then.
It's ok. We totally get it. it's a big ask and we completely understand not everyone will be able to attend. Rest assured there will be no hurt feelings on our end. While we'd love to have you there on our big day we'll be just as happy to celebrate with you next time we see you.
Absolutely! For guests choosing to stay elsewhere in Puerto Vallarta you will need to purchase a day pass from the Hyatt Ziva to attend any pre wedding events. Please know these are all optional and we will all certainly be together in Majahuitas for the actual wedding.
Yep. We know, it's not ideal. We are hoping the world will be in a better place in May 2021 but we also know that may not be the case. We understand people may not feel comfortable travelling or being in larger groups at that time and will absolutely respect your opinion not to celebrate with us in person in May.
