Yelapa is accessible only by boat. A waterfall cascades through the tropical forest above the village, and a string of palapa restaurants line the beach. If you're up for a hike, another waterfall can be found about 1.5 hours upstream. One of the highlights of Yelapa ( and the one we've heard the most about) is the pie: Yelapa's pie women roam the beaches until about 4pm daily, selling freshly baked pies and slices to people on the beach. Be on the lookout if you go and kindly bring us back us slice :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JV6x2O_KKg
