Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot on-site if you'll be bringing a car, though we do encourage carpooling to help save space. We are also offering free-to-you SHUTTLE SERVICE: We will have a shuttle bus that is running frequent loops between our venue and The Hotel Ithaca, The Hilton Garden Inn, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites (on Elmira Rd). Please keep in mind that, if you book any accommodations in the Ithaca Commons, most places are walkable from the The Hotel Ithaca or The Hilton Garden locations, so you can still utilize the shuttle bus.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please! We certainly want everyone to feel like they have options so get in touch with us ASAP about any food allergies or preferences.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love that we're surrounded by so many cute babies in our friend groups and families! But we'd like to limit the amount of little ones during our special day. Please get in touch with us directly to talk about bringing your kiddies.

The sooner, the better - but please let us know if you can make it by September 4th so we can update all of our vendors in time!
