Rehearsal Ceremony + Dinner

This will be a rehearsal dinner specifically for the wedding party and close family members. Rehearsal will begin at 4 pm and dinner will be at 5:30. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all the next day!

THE BIG EVENT - Wedding & Cocktail Hour Reception
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
ATTIRE: Our dress code is woodland fairytale chic; we'd love to see y'all in your most fun cocktail attire. That being said, it is autumn in upstate New York (which could be 60 degrees or a blizzard) so please be comfortable!
*FOR THOSE WISHING TO USE OUR SHUTTLE, PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE; the bus will only have time to make ONE STOP per hotel before the ceremony so those who miss it will need to find alternative transportation: 2 pm -- pick up at Fairfield Inn 2:15 pm -- pick up at Hotel Ithaca 2:25 pm -- pick up at Hilton Garden Inn (2:40 pm -- drop off at New Park in time for ceremony at 3 pm EDT) We will be having our ceremony first, followed by drinks and yummy FLX snacks! Please note, our ceremony takes place outdoors. We'll be providing blankets, but do suggest dressing warmly for the unruly upstate NY autumns. The pathway to our ceremonial alter is a dirt trail, so please don't wear those 6" Jimmy Choos that will make you twist your ankle (our EMT will be busy getting married and won't be able to help you...)

Join us for the post-marriage celebration to eat, drink, dance, drink some more, eat some more, share a few tears, laugh, and make memories together. Please let us know ASAP if you have any specific food allergies or would like a vegan/vegetarian option. THE LAST SHUTTLE BUS WILL DEPART NEW PARK AT 10:30 pm.
Late Night Hooliganry
11:00 pm - 11:45 pm
For those durable souls that want to keep rockin the night away, we will be hosting an after-after party until 2 am on the wedding venue premises. Join us for some extended bevvies, some messy karaoke, and a hot dog and popcorn machine. I'm sure we'll all regret this in the morning - can't wait to see you there!

Pig Roast

ATTIRE: Honky tonk casual
We're excited to put a hog on a log and invite you to a day-after pig roast! This will be a casual affair to come and go as you please, so if there are other things you want to explore in the area, please feel free to do so! We will include some local attractions, restaurants, hikes, and must-sees in the "Things To Do" tab. We'll have a few kegs and (slappeh ze) bags of wine on-site but encourage everyone to bring any additional bevvies they want.

Finger Lakes Wine Tour

We'll be taking our family and wedding party on a wine tour of Cayuga Lake this day! We'd love for anyone interested to join us, but unfortunately, couldn't find vehicle accommodations for all. However, the wine trail is super easy to navigate and is one of the most fun parts of the FLX area. We'll have more info on the exact places we'll hit closer to the date!
