Ceremony 4:00 PM Cocktails and Reception 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Ceremony, cocktails, and reception will all be held at The Sanctuary, a historic venue overlooking the East River. A free shuttle runs from the hotel or transportation hubs to and from the Sanctuary, and you can also take a scenic stroll along the river to get there. Parking is available at the venue. We ask that guests arrive at the Sanctuary at approximately 3:30 PM to ensure that we can start our ceremony promptly at 4 PM. From the Graduate Hotel, you may either take the free Red Bus Shuttle to the Octagon stop, or take a scenic 20-25 minute walk along the river on the west side of the island. If you would like to take the Red Bus shuttle to the venue, please meet our friend Lia (773-332-5335) outside of the front entrance of the Graduate at 3:10. If you would like to walk to the venue, please meet our friend Sarah (503-575-5564) in the lobby of the hotel next to the sculpture of the boy with the lightbulb at 3:10.
