Travel Note
Starting May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID or another acceptable form of identification to board domestic flights. You can still travel domestically in the US without a REAL ID, but you must have another acceptable form of identification. These include a U.S. passport, passport card, Global Entry card, a U.S. Department of Defense ID, or a foreign government-issued passport, among others. Starting May 7, 2025, standard state-issued driver's licenses will no longer be accepted for domestic flights. Please make sure you have a REAL ID or other acceptable form of ID before you board your flight!!!
Hotel
Do not be fooled by the "motel" name! This place is very cute, very comfy, and very well regarded. This is one of the ONLY "formal" hotel accommodations in Pioneertown. This is a short drive from Rimrock Ranch. Transportation to and from our venue will be provided from this location and it will be walkable to and from our after party venue. Consider staying here in general, but especially if you'd like to be able to walk home at the end of the night!

House Or Rental
Part of this list was shared with us by our venue's owners, and part of it we curated ourselves. Generally, if you're set on staying in an Airbnb, look for ones that are walkable to Rimrock Ranch, walkable to Pioneertown (Red Dog Saloon, Sound Stage, etc), or a 10 min drive or less to one or the other. Transportation will be provided to our venue from Pioneertown, so finding a stay near Rimrock or Pioneertown will be most convenient. This list is not exhaustive, so if you find another accommodation you love, go for it! Just note it may be a drive away. If you'd like to share your Airbnb/VRBO/Rental with us to double check vicinity, we're happy to take a look!
Travel Note
Please note that the location of our wedding venue is in a remote area of California with limited cell phone reception. Once you've arrived in the high desert, plan on pre-loading GPS/driving directions, web pages you might need, etc while connected to wi-fi at your lodging accommodation, restaurant, or other type of location. We understand that we are requesting a lot of our guests by asking you to travel to this type of location - if you have any questions, let us know.

Palm Springs Airport will be the closest airport to Pioneertown - only about a 35-45 minute drive. Car rental services are available on site.

San Diego may have cheaper and more convenient flight options than Palm Springs. SDI is a 2.5-3 hours drive to Pioneertown. Car rental services are available on site.

LAX may also have more moderately priced, more convenient flight options than Palm Springs. Rental car services are available on site. Pioneertown is a 2.5-3 hour drive from LAX.
