Check out the 'Schedule' page for specific details. Plan to be in Krakow and ready to go by 2pm on Wednesday (shuttle leaves at 2:30 from Glonojad restaurant; exact location: https://goo.gl/maps/FDvW3r3ZdcJNtyYc9) 1st September to head to the venue and celebrate with us. The ceremony will start at 4pm and food will be served in rounds throughout the night, starting at 6pm. Polish weddings go until after midnight so plan to party! We'll have shuttles returning you to Krakow from 1am regularly, and also an emergency car if anyone needs to leave earlier. We're going to have some get togethers after the wedding, check out the schedule page for more details - we're so excited for you to spend time in this beautiful city and we'd love for you to join us!
We will organize shuttles from 2:30pm in city center at the bus kiss + ride in front of Glonojad restaurant; exact location: https://goo.gl/maps/FDvW3r3ZdcJNtyYc9 - they'll return regularly from 1am-5am. Uber also works for getting *to* the venue in case you can't avail of the shuttle for any reason. If you choose to drive, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
Of course! We will have an entertainer and nanny available to help with the little ones, and the shuttles will begin returns to Krakow at 1am although we'll have an emergency car available if anyone needs to leave sooner. Let us know in your RSVP so we can ensure we have the right amount of support.
Polish weddings are a fairly traditional 'suit & tie' affair, but we want you to be comfy above all else! While most of the party will be inside the main building - including lots of dancing - our ceremony will be outside on the lawn, and there will also be a grill next to the venue, so just be sure you're in footwear that's comfy! We've also added suggestions to each event under 'schedule'
We consider your attendance as the best gift! If you wish to give a monetary gift, these are usually done in the form of cash in a card on the day, but we also have a Revolut account that accepts multiple currencies (you can send in USD, Euro, Pound, etc) if you prefer: Alexandra Harlow Graves IBAN: LT62 3250 0697 0657 7684 BIC: REVOLT21
Yes! We will be streaming the civil + humanist ceremony on zoom, we've sent the meeting link out but if you haven't received it, let us know! We'd love to have you with us in any way possible! This will be from 4-5pm Polish time.

Krakow is a beautiful city, we highly recommend you see it by foot! There are lots of guided walking tours, and if you have a Rick Steves book, our friend recommended the self guided tour built in there.
We'll have some guitar during the ceremony, then an (awesome) band during the reception who can also plug songs in. We're creating a playlist if you'd like to add some of your favourite tunes! https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5L22pTp5FuKiLwMQQUaJSB?si=It2GOyn2RKiUr18-yZu5vQ&dl_branch=1
Check out this guide for a nice overview :) Of course we'll be having a civil and humanist ceremony, and then incorporating some American traditions like speeches! https://culture.pl/en/article/a-foreigners-guide-to-polish-weddings
