Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The ceremony will take place outdoors at the Kachina Basin Platform. The distance from The Blake to the Kachina Basin Platform is approximately two miles. DRIVING - Please park at Williams Lake Trailhead - Upper Parking. SHUTTLE - A shuttle will be available for transportation if guests prefer not to drive from The Blake to the ceremony. For guests who do wish to take the shuttle please meet in the lobby. The first shuttle will leave at 2:30 and the second at 3:00. The shuttle will then be available to take guests back to the hotel from the reception. Shuttle service will be continuous for the entire reception so guests can leave when they would like (although L + D hope you want to stay the entire time!) If you prefer, you can also drive your personal car to the ceremony but then use the shuttle service to return back to The Blake and pick your car up the following day. Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets, and slacks.
Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

Music, cocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres will be available for guests to enjoy. The bridal party will take photos for a period of time after the ceremony concludes. During this time, guests should walk to Phoenix Grill for cocktail hour. Phoenix Grill is walking distance from the Kachina Basin Platform (<.25 mile; see map), and the cocktail hour will take place on the deck.
