Shuttle from Hotel to Ceremony

There will be two separate shuttle buses the day of the wedding bringing guests both, to and from the events. If you are staying at an airBNB, or another hotel not named, you are still able to utilize the shuttle buses. Please meet at one of the following times and locations for the hotels/shuttle bus pick ups that is closest to you. BUS 1: Arrives at Bayside Resort at 3:50 PM. Departs from Bayside Resort at 4:05 PM. Heads straight to Hiland Park Country Club for Wedding Ceremony. BUS 2: Multi Stop Bus Stop 1: Arrive at Shore Meadow 3:30 PM Depart Shore Meadow at 3:40 PM Stop 2: Arrive Marriott Courtyard 3:45 PM Depart Marriott Courtyard 3:50 PM Stop 3: Arrive Bayside 4:05 PM Depart Bayside 4:10 PM Head to Hiland Park Country Club for Wedding Ceremony Departure Shuttles will both leave Hiland at 10:45 PM and return in reverse order. **The Wedding After Party will be held at the Bayside Resort. **

**This Location is fully booked, please make accommodations at one of the other options** This venue option is just 8 minutes north of Lake George town by car. We will be hosting the July 4th Welcome Party BBQ at this hotel. This hotel will have a shuttle service to and from the venue the day of the wedding. The lakeside resort amenities include: a private beach on Lake George, an indoor pool, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocci ball, horseshoe pits, kayaking, boating and paddle boarding rentals close by, hiking and nature trails and a playground for children. This venue option is the sister venue and under same ownership as the Bayside Resort in Lake George. The Shore Meadows Lodge is just 3 minutes north of Lake George town by car; 10 minutes to the Bayside Resort and 20 minutes to our wedding venue, The Hiland Park Country Club. This hotel will have a shuttle service to and from the venue the day of the wedding. The Shore Meadows resort amenities include: a private beach on Lake George, an outdoor pool, rentals for kayaking, boating, tubing and paddle boarding, table tennis, . If the Bayside Resort or Shore Meadows Lodge are full or you would like to seek other options in Lake George, this venue option is in the center of Lake George town. The Courtyard Marriott in Lake George is 10 minutes from the Bayside Resort and walking distance to everything in town. There is a 3 Night Minimum to stay here from 7/4/24-7/7/24 This hotel will have a shuttle service to and from the venue the day of the wedding.
