Wedding Welcome: Backyard Fourth of July BBQ

3:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans, shorts and tees. Don't forget your bathing suits!

We would love to have everyone together for a welcome to our wedding weekend at the Bayside Resort Lake George on July 4th for the holiday weekend. The Welcome Party will be a BBQ Extravaganza where there will be fireworks over Lake George at night! We will provide catered traditional July 4th BBQ food including: burgers, hotdogs, chicken, sausage, grilled vegetables, potato salad, macaroni salad, house salad etc. Please bring your own refreshments, alcholic/non-alcholic drinks, and coolers! AS PER VENUE- PLEASE NO GLASS BOTTLES ALLOWED. The lakeside resort has a private beach on Lake George, an indoor pool, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocci ball, horseshoe pits, kayaking, boating and paddle boarding rentals close by, hiking and nature trails and a playground for children. We look forward to having you with us to kick off the holiday weekend :)

Rehearsal Dinner Aboard the Adirondac Yacht

5:45 pm - 8:00 pm

Beach/Cocktail Attire: Wear sundresses and jumpsuits with sandals to linen pants, and lighter suit hues

PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY AT 5:45 PM, AS BOAT WILL LEAVE THE DOCK AT 6 PM SHARP (and return at 8 pm). Our rehearsal dinner will take place on a two hour boat ride on Lake George. The rehearsal dinner will be held on a 115 foot, triple deck, wooden yacht, The Adirondac. During the two hour boat ride we will be serving light food choices in a cocktail hour style with bite sized appetizers. There will be maître de's serving both passed and stationed hors d'oeuvres. These options include: Caprese skewers, Fruit and Cheese Platter, Fried Hot Honey Chicken Sliders, Coconut and Cocktail Shrimp, Chicken and Spinach Meatballs, and Fried Mac and Cheese bites. During the boat ride, there will be a open bar, including wine, beer and soda; anything else will be available for purchase by the guest. We look forward to celebrating our rehearsal dinner together! Wedding Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome! Suits, jackets and slacks, as well as, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits are desirable as well!

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm in the garden area behind the venue on the golf course. Please make sure to arrive by 4:30 to have time to enter, be greeted with champagne, use the restrooms and find your seats. *Whilst we love little ones, we kindly and respectfully request our wedding day to be adult-only, child-free*

Morning After Breakfast

8:00 am - 9:30 am

Comfy- Casual!

Breakfast buffet will be served the morning after the wedding at the Bayside Resort from 8 am- 930 am. The buffet will include eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, waffles, breakfast potatoes, toast, and fresh fruit. The drinks will include coffee, tea, orange juice, and any alcholic drink will be paid in cash by the guest. We look forward to recapping our wedding weekend with you the morning after the wedding!
