As much as we love your little ones, for our wedding day specifically, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you are able to relax and celebrate with us on our wedding day! All other events are open to children :)
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP on our wedding website. Thank you for understanding!
Our venue does have valet parking and its own parking lot. We will also provide shuttle bus transportation from the hotel to the venue. Timing of the shuttle will be provided as we get closer to the event.
All wedding day events will all take place at the Hiland Park Country Club venue. Our wedding ceremony will be approximately a half hour long. Followed immediately by cocktail hour. Leading directly into our reception. (Timing may be subject to change.)
Online RSVP option via our website is best. You can also call or text us as well! RSVP are due April 15.
Our official wedding ceremony will start at 5:00 pm. We suggest arriving 20-30 minutes early, to allow for getting yourself settled.
If weather permits, our wedding ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
The RSVP page is specific to each attendee for the welcome BBQ, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Please make sure to RSVP to all events that you have been specifically invited to as soon as possible. Please make sure to respond to each specific event so that we can make accommodations for the specific number of attendees as needed.
The wedding celebration will be an open bar. If you would like to tip your bartenders, I would recommend bringing cash!
Please arrive to our wedding event hungry as there will be a vast array of cocktail hour appetizers and delicious hors d'oeuvres choices. The reception will have a combination of chicken and steak or a vegetarian dish.
