Tampa International Airport

For those traveling from CLE: United, Frontier, and Spirit offer direct flights. While they are the cheapest, we have personally had 3 different flights cancelled and/or changed with Spirit within a 6 month time span. If you do decide to book with them, we suggest planning to arrive a day early, in case your flight gets cancelled or delayed. We would hate for you to miss our wedding!

The Westshore Grand, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This beautiful, 4-star hotel features rooms with floor to ceiling windows and a heated rooftop pool. Our hotel is located near Tampa International Airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is included as well. We reserved a block of rooms for our guests at a special rate of $159 per night. This rate is available from Monday, January 31st until Wednesday, February 9th, for those that wish to extend their time in Tampa. We encourage booking as soon as possible; our rates expire on 1/13. After that, the rates return to the current $332/night. If the hotel runs out of available rooms, please let the bride know; there are 2 backup hotels with rooms reserved nearby with similar rates. The Westshore Grand Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Tampa International Airport. It runs from 6am-11pm daily. Please call the hotel when you land in Tampa and they will send the shuttle. 813.286.4400

For those of you who wish to rent a car, this link will take you to the Priceline website where you can find rental cars available at the Tampa International Airport. Keep in mind that there is currently a car shortage; for this reason, there is not much available and pricing is higher than normal.

Welcome Party Shuttle

We are providing a 24 person shuttle to take guests to and from Rick’s on the River and the Westshore Grand. Please not that the shuttle will only run until 9pm. For guests wishing to stay longer, you will need to arrange other transportation.

Wedding Day Transportation

February 4, 2022 3:45 pm - 10:30 pm

We have two 55-person buses to transport guests to and from the venue. Buses will leave PROMPTLY at 3:45pm, no exceptions. The buses will leave the venue between 10:30-11pm to return to the hotel.
