PIT is about 25 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, where our hotel block is located. Uber and Lyft are available from the airport, and meet drivers at Arrivals - Door #4. There are also taxis waiting outside the arrivals doors on occasion.

Other Hotel Suggestions

There are several options for other hotels in downtown Pittsburgh to suit your needs. We suggest Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown or AC Hotel by Marriott Pittsburgh Downtown for those who wish to walk to the ceremony (approx. 15 minute walk). The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is an option next door to the William Penn hotel, and The Westin Pittsburgh is a beautiful hotel near the best nightlife. Shuttle

Shuttle from William Penn Hotel to Reception

June 10, 2023 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle will be provided from the William Penn Hotel to Oakmont Country Club for the reception, the ride will be about 25 minutes. Shuttles will depart the William Penn Hotel at promptly 4:30PM for the reception. Shuttles will depart Oakmont at 11:00PM to return to the William Penn Hotel. If anyone would rather do their own thing, Uber and Lyft are widely available both in downtown and near the reception.

Parking Information

Ceremony: There is a parking lot immediately behind the St. Stanislaus church for those driving to the ceremony, as well as street parking available. Hotel: The William Penn hotel offers valet parking, as well as a number of overnight parking garages nearby. We suggest the Mellon Square Garage, which is very close proximity to the hotel. Reception: Complimentary valet parking is available at Oakmont Country Club for those driving to the reception.
