We will be providing Around Austin transportation service to and from Barr Mansion, the ceremony and reception venue. A Motorcoach Bus will be picking up guests from the Austin Marriott Downtown at 4PM on Friday, March 1. The bus will be located on Trinity in between Cesar Chavez and 2nd Street. The location is on the corner of hotel restaurant Corinne. The best door to enter/exit is by the Corinne host stand. BUS WILL DEPART AT 4:15 PM. For those not staying downtown we know that most would appreciate a ride after the wedding, even if you don't need one on the way there, so we've secured an additional ride service for end of the night. Austin Bergstrom International Airport
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located 10 miles outside of the city. Ride share is available and easy to use as the commute into the city is short. If you plan to arrive on Friday please allow ample time for the commute into the city as traffic can get very busy!
Travel Note
Parking & Rental Car
For those flying in from out of town the hotel location allows for easy walking access or ride share to the city's main attractions. You do not need a rental car unless you prefer the flexibility to explore outside of the city. Please note that if you plan to drive into Austin parking at the hotels will be an additional fee for each night of stay. Please inquire with hotel for the parking fee or contact us if you have any questions. There are parking garages around downtown if you prefer to check their rates, please make sure to review security ratings when choosing a garage or parking location outside of the hotel.
