Bride
Born and raised in Shrewsbury, MA the youngest of three girls, Erin, used to vacation as a child with her family at Anchor Cottages in Sandwich, MA and often went swimming and played on East Sandwich Beach. Erin graduated from Shrewsbury High School in 2006 and went on to receive her Bachelorette of Science with a concentration in nursing from Worcester State University. She and her fiancé now currently reside in Somerset, MA with their four cats: Romi, Beau, Gilly, and Lola, and their dog Willow Grace. Erin has been a registered nurse for the last eleven years and working in the hospice setting throughout the state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island for the past nine. She is currently working on her MSN at Chamberlain University, and then will be pursuing her Nurse Practitioners certificate specializing in geriatrics and palliative care. When Erin is not working, she can be found often cooking delicious comfort food meals, shopping for NEXT YEARS Christmas gifts, or spontaneously twerking in the middle of a grocery store aisle, or, wherever the mood strikes, really. Erin's favorite pastimes with Jace include having coffee in bed almost every morning, going sea glass hunting along the coastline, and laughing until her stomach hurts. Erin, having dedicated the last eighteen years of her life to her career and education is also very much looking forward to fulfilling the roles of Wife and Mother, soon to come!
Groom
Raised in Sandwich, MA, Jace and his twin were born the eldest, followed by sister Ryan and Brother D.J., seven and eight years later, respectively. Jace has always felt close to the coastal communities he grew up in and around, spending lot of time on the beaches of Cape Cod, including East sandwich beach every summer, a couple hundred yards from Anchor cottages. His triplet cousins went to Shrewsbury High School, one of which dated one of Erin's best friends. Jace graduated from Sandwich High school in 2004 and studied at the University of Maine. He still works for the community he grew up in as a Fire Fighter and Paramedic in the Town of Sandwich. After years of working in the dispatcher role for the town, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a fire fighter graduating from the Barnstable County Fire Academy in 2017 followed by the Massachusetts Fire Academy in 2021. In addition to working full time at the fire department, Jace also works as a paramedic for St. Anne's Hospital in the Emergency department. He is currently applying to schools in pursuit of becoming a Physician's Assistant. He loves spending his free time running, weightlifting, reading and having spontaneous dance parties while cooking breakfast for him and his bride! Jace is definitely an early bird and can be found most mornings sipping coffee in bed with Erin and Willow. Jace resides with his soon-to-be-bride in Somerset, MA and is looking forward to expanding his family in the future!
Maid of Honor & First-Dance Choreographer
Cousin to the Bride, but more like sisters in adulthood Caitlin has stepped up and taken on the role of Maid of Honor along with seemingly impossible task of trying to choreograph the four left feet of the happy couple for their first dance, "Everywhere, Everything" By Noah Kahan. Caitlin has been married to her Husband Tom since 2008 and are the proud parents to their daughter Olivia, age 13. Caitlin has been performing on stages across the country for more than 2 decades. She is most infamously known for her role as Joseph himself in Joeseph and the amazing technicolor dream coat as well as GOD, you read that correctly, God Herself, in "An Act of God" in Worcester, MA in 2022. As the Former founder and creative director of the Cape Cod Dance Company, Caitlin has been working with Erin on her dance styles since they were small children vacationing on Cape Cod. Erin has always admired Caitie and looked to her as a role model for being most notably one of the kindest, funniest, and most beautiful people Erin has ever known. A true rockstar, Caitlin was the lead singer for her band Fergus in the early 2000s. Completing her undergrad at the University of New Hampshire, Caitlin recently finished her master's in business administration from Fitchburg State University in 2022. Caitlin is currently the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Best Person
Cousin to the Groom, and sister to Bridesmaid Heather, Hannah resides in Billerica with her Dog Frank and partner Michael Haines Jr. Frank is an 11-year-old Dalmation who was born deaf and only has one eye, which does make him twice as adorable as the average doggo but handles the celebrity with unbridled humility. Hannah is currently studying at NASA in hopes of being chosen for their aerospace technician course where they will move on to become a United States Astronaut. An avid Pride enthusiast, Hannah is a Veterinary Technician at the Middlesex County Animal Hospital. When not saving animals or space, Hannah enjoys reading, gardening, camping, kayaking, and creating free hand sculptures with clay. This year's garden boasts exquisite peppers, squash, herbs, and cabbage! Erin and Jace love having their yearly camping adventures with Hannah and Mike laughing until their stomachs hurt around the campfire! Jace's favorite pastime with Hannah is having family game nights playing such classics as "Guess what's Next" and "Family Charades"!
Man of Honor
Best Friend and longest friendship of the bride for 25 years, Andrew Recently married his Husband Christopher in 2021 in a beautiful ceremony on Cape Cod. Back in 2002, in 8th grade, Andrew walked next to Erin in the Shrewsbury Memorial Day parade for the Shrewsbury Middle School Marching Band, playing saxophones, side by side. Today, he will be walking the bride down the aisle & giving her away. Closer than a brother, Andrew (aka OJ), is the person who comes to mind when Erin thinks, "When walking through the depths of Hell, there is no one else I'd rather by my side." He and Christopher reside in Southbridge, MA with their Dog Max.
Sister-in-Law of Excellence
Sister of the Groom and Newlywed Mrs. Ryan Brzezinski recently married her husband Henry in a beautiful private ceremony on Cape Cod. Ryan is a notable published children's author most known for her works on the ad.169 book series, "Willow's World", available on Amazon. When she's not busy making everyone's lives around her better simply by being in it, she is a wonderful homemaker and avid hiker along with Henry! Ryan's favorite memory of Jace is when he wouldn't lock her in the closet while babysitting when they were children. Ryan and Henry reside on Cape Cod in West Harwich, with their cat Stevie Licks.
Bridesmaids Extraordinaire
Lauren grew up in Shrewsbury, MA where she continues to reside today with her two spawns. She is happily divorced, but she does have a wonderful boyfriend, Jason. Both the Bride and Man of Honor went to Middle and high school together, seeing each other throughout puberty and still being able to look one another in the eyes is as majestic as it is mysterious. Some of Erin's favorite memories with Lauren include going on and winning 1st together in NYC competing in the freshman girls' choir and avoiding our creepy gym coach "Butters" for many years. Lauren sells all sorts of plants for a living, which sounds far more exciting than it is (except for the palm tree forests, those are always exciting!) Lauren specializes in working with the bride to care for particularly difficult hospice patients, but not to be outdone by her incredible ability to be a last-minute bridesmaid several times over. She is very much looking forward to living on an agricultural commune with the bride and groom and her family in the future.
Flower-Man
Nate and Erin first met at Worcester State University in 2006. A fellow Aries, Nate has been another cornerstone in the bride's life, the two remaining close friends for the last 18 years. Erin favorite memory of Nate was the night her grandfather died. Nate showed up for Erin in ways only family knows how to, and she has and never will forget that night. Nate has studied at both the Universal Technical Institue and Radio Broadcasting at CSB Media Arts Center. A true jack of all trades, Nate is the friend you can call on for anything and count on for everything. As a fellow Aries (along with the Bride), Nate has been preparing tirelessly over the past several months to bring the FIRE to his role as the flower man. Most famously known for his leading role on Soul Train, Nate can't wait to show off his best moves on the dance floor! His favorite role, however, is being father to his pride and joy, Liliana, age 8.
Mother of the Bride
Kay is an Geriatric Nurse Specialist and former Westpoint graduate, Marine, Business owner, entrepreneur and Mentor to the bride for the last nine years. Kay first introduced Erin to the world of Hospice as her first Hospice director for Notre Dame in Worcester, MA in 2015. She created and fostered an environment for learning not only of Hospice but also of one another as they became dear friends. Kay has taken the role of "Adopted" mother of the bride through the years, and proud mother of her own two daughters, Jackie & Katelyn and Erin feels eternally grateful to have her be such an integral part of her special day. Kay most cherished role, however, is in fulfilling the epitome of Nana to her grandson Jaxson!
