Despite being Brian's least favorite place in the state - DIA has direct flights to most of the country. Folks traveling from Western New York can find a direct flight from Buffalo, or options with a layover from Rochester.

Rental Car

Getting to Keystone From Denver

A rental car is recommended for folks flying in, with plenty of options available at the Denver airport. If you do not want to rent a car you can take a shuttle service from DIA directly to the mountains, the link below will take you to one of the available shuttle options. There are limited Ubers/Lyfts in Keystone, in addition to a local shuttle that runs only in Keystone. So while it is possible to do this weekend without a rental car, we definitely do recommend one.

Hotel Accommodations

Unfortunately none of the hotels in Keystone do room blocks for Arapahoe Basin Weddings. The Hyatt Place Keystone is nearby the expected shuttle pick-up location in central Keystone, and the Keystone Lodge & Spa is a great option in town. There are additional hotels in the larger Summit County area if you do not mind driving to the shuttle pickup point or wedding venue.

Shuttle pickup time: 3:30pm Shuttle pickup location: River Run Gondola Parking Lot - 124 Gondola Rd, Keystone, CO 80435 Early shuttle departure from the venue - 8:45pm (loading lifts at 8:30pm to head down) Late shuttle departure from the venue - 10:30pm End of the night shuttle drop off - Same location as above
