Shuttle pickup time: 3:30pm Shuttle pickup location: River Run Gondola Parking Lot - 124 Gondola Rd, Keystone, CO 80435 Early shuttle departure from the venue - 8:45pm (loading lifts at 8:30pm to head down) Late shuttle departure from the venue - 10:30pm End of the night shuttle drop off - Same location as above

Cocktail Attire - if wearing heels we recommend a wedge or block heel.
The chairlift to the venue will begin loading at 4:00pm. You're welcome to grab a drink at the 6th Alley Bar at the base of the mountain before chairlifts load. The ceremony will be outside and we are hoping for beautiful mild weather. However, this is Colorado so please bring a warm jacket in case mother nature has other plans, and keep an eye on the weather for the big day.
