WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 PM to sign the guest book. Ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

We have room blocks at several hotels within the area. The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Omni hotel. See Hotel page for hotel room block link.

Question

WHAT IS THE BEST MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION TO HOTEL?

Answer

Uber will be the best means of transportation. Hotels are a 20 minute drive from the airport. or Rent a car for the weekend if you wish to explore more areas in Oklahoma.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO THE CEREMONY SITE?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from and to the Omni and Courtyard by Marriott to Gaillardia Country Club. Bus leaves from the hotel at 4:20 pm. Pick up from Gaillardia Country Club back to the hotel will be at 10:20 pm.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

If you choose to drive to Gaillardia Country Club there will be complementary valet.
