Our main wedding block is at the Omni Severin! This hotel is located on Georgia St, one of the main locations for restaurants and bars in the city. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the venue or you can take the provided shuttle to and from the venue. The Omni Severin has a bar, restaurant, and breakfast café on the first floor. Our wedding block includes single King Bed or Double Queen Bed rooms for $189 a night, or you can upgrade to one of three different suites, pending room availability. Shuttle
October 28, 2023 3:45 pm - 11:15 pm
A shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the Omni Severin to the venue. The shuttle will make frequent trips for one hour before the ceremony and for two hours toward the end of the reception to transport guests to and from the venue. The shuttle holds up to 14 people.
Hotel
We have an additional block at the Hyatt Place right next to Gainbridge Fieldhouse (where the Pacers play). This hotel does not have a complimentary shuttle but is a quick walk to either the venue or the Omni Severin with the complimentary shuttle. The Hyatt Place has a bar and breakfast bar inside the hotel and three local restaurants on the first floor. Our wedding block includes Single King Bed or Double Queen Bed rooms for $199 a night. Travel Note
Free parking is provided just north of the venue at the southeast corner of East Street and Washington Street. You will be allowed to leave your car there overnight if you have just a little too much fun.
Flight
Indianapolis International Airport is a very nice airport with Delta, United, Southwest and American flights. There are direct flights from Newark everyday through United. Of course IND is the best airport to fly into, however Chicago, Cincinnati, and Louisville are not too far. Chicago is about a 3.5 hour drive and both Cincinnati and Louisville are a little less than a 2 hour drive.
Hotel
Bottleworks is one of the newest and hottest places in downtown Indy! The hotel and adjoining movie theater, food hall, and arcade bar are all within a historic Coca Cola Bottling plant. The buildings and hotel beautifully designed in iconic art deco architecture and are worth a trip over, even if you aren't staying there! Bottleworks is a 5-10 minute drive or a 25 minute walk to the venue.
