For 76 years, the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival has brought together thousands of residents, dozens of neighborhood organizations, and countless Eastside businesses in a fun-filled celebration of community. The street fest will be on Saturday before the wedding and will be full of all kinds of Halloween activities!
Located in the Bottleworks District (a beautiful converted art-deco Coca Cola Bottling Plant), the Garage Food Hall is a great option for a delicious bite to eat! They have plenty of options for any taste buds! If you make it over there, be sure to walk through the adjacent Bottleworks Hotel to marvel at the incredible architecture and design.
City Market is a favorite spot for lunch! In a converted train station you can find a dozen different food vendors to satiate any appetite! Genny's personal favorite are the acai bowls from TwentyTwo Juice and Cody favors either Gomez BBQ or Maxine's Chicken & Waffles.
The Indiana State Museum has a lot of interesting exhibits and an IMAX theater! You can take a trip and learn a little more about the state that Cody and Genny call home! *Kid friendly museum with hands-on activities!
The NCAA is headquartered in Indy. The headquarters has a very interesting museum with find trivia challenges, current team rankings and video highlights. There is a fully interactive area to compete virtually and hands-on through sports simulators, a 1930s retro gymnasium, ski simulator and more.
