Are Children Allowed?

Answer

No. While we love the kids, we want you to be able to enjoy the moment and let your hair down!

If I don't RSVP, can I still attend the day of the wedding?

Answer

If you are not on the final guest list turned into the venue, you may be denied access because of the strict attendance limit.

When is the last day for me to RSVP?

Answer

30 days before the wedding is your final opportunity to RSVP which is January 4th.

Where is the wedding registered?

Answer

Check out the registry section listed on the website. The party is registered with Amazon and gladly accepts gift cards and monetary donations. Because of all the travel involved with this wedding, gift cards and monetary donations are preferred the day of.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony (depending on weather) will be outdoors. Please plan accordingly. New Orleans weather in February can be surprising. Usually temperatures range in the 60’s. The reception is indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

New Orleans cuisine is very special and for that there is a strict menu that we chose from the venue. Email us at Soon2BSanders@gmail.com and we can try to accommodate as best as possible.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Lots of free parking available. There are two parking lots and a police officer will be there to direct traffic.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Check with the hotel that you book to see if there are any shuttles. We highly suggest taking an Uber, Taxi or Lyft to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 5pm in the courtyard.

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest.

Can I take photos?

We are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. Please honor our request with putting your phones away until we are announced as husband and wife. You are more than welcome to take photos after we say “I Do!”

Is it a cash/open bar?

Answer

We wanted to keep the party going all night long so we are providing an open bar. It will be top shelf liquor, wine and beer. Please don't forget to tip the bartender!
