Cabins

Pocono Springs offers beautiful accomodations!

The cabins have all been recently renovated and include a bathroom, running water, A/C, hot showers, dressers, electricity, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and a porch. They're clean and cozy with thoughtful updates - a huge reason why we chose Pocono Springs. Cabins do not include linens or heat. (The camp has been updated with A/C since we first published this site, so that is a significant and welcome change!) With expected conditions in late September to be dry with mid- to low-70's temps during the day and low- to mid-50's temps at night, we don't think this will be an issue. Additionally, cabins are typically 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature, so they should be quite comfortable in the evenings. Please refer to the suggested packing list in the FAQ tab for more information. If you have a request or concern about lodging, please let us know as early as possible and we'll work to accommodate you as best we can. See the "Gallery" tab above for more pictures of the cabins (scroll to the bottom). Check out a virtual tour of a cabin here: https://www.poconospringscamp.com/prospective-families/virtual-tour/

Arrangements

We want everyone to be comfortable for their stay!

Our top priority is getting everyone set in a cabin they are excited to be in. For many folks, this will be in one of the group cabins. We will prioritize getting nuclear families in their own cabin. In some cases, we may ask smaller extended families to share a group cabin. Groups of friends will be placed together. We intend on keeping below each cabin's capacity so everyone has room to spread out. If you have any requests regarding cabin arrangements, don't hesitate to reach out. We'll do our best to accommodate! In some instances, we will be able to provide a private or semi-private cabin for those who have a greater need for one. We will be reaching out to those who we plan on offering these cabins to first. As soon as we know about any changes to the cabin offerings, we will notify guests.

Cost

Pricing is PER PERSON and covers the entire weekend:

$150 - Adults (13+) $75 - Children (6-12) Free - Ages 0-5 When RSVP-ing, please indicate in the affirmative for "Check-In" to let us know you plan on staying at camp. To pay for your cabin, please Venmo @PSC-Cabins-Stack. If it asks you for the last four digits of the associated phone number, use 6677. If you do not use Venmo, we can set up another method. Just message us at daveandtarryn@gmail.com. We greatly appreciate payment at the time of RSVP. Check out the FAQ tab for more on the charge for cabins. Please note, there is a higher charge for those in private and semi-private accommodations.

Other Accommodations

We hope you stay at camp, but it's cool if it's not for you!

If you are going to stay off site, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Also, please know that it will be up to you to make plans for accommodations, transportation, and any other logistics for the weekend. When RSVP-ing, respond in the negative for "Check-In," that way we know you won't need a cabin. Please respond in the affirmative for all other events you plan on attending. Thanks.

For all the days along the way
