6:30 pm
Join us for a welcome barbecue to kick off the weekend! Dress casually and be prepared for drinks, music, and field games. We're hoping to get the weekend started with a game of yoga ball kickball (kickball....with a larger target). But if that's not your thing, no worries! Our goal is for this to be fun for everyone, whether you're most comfortable out on the field or cheering from the stands. After dinner, the night is yours! There will be enough space for relaxing by the lake, playing games in the dining hall, starting a fire in one of the many fire pits, or maybe even another field game (capture the flag, anyone?!?).
7:30 pm
Dave and Tarryn themed trivia in the theater after Welcome BBQ. The rules: 1. Have fun! 2. The first group to correctly answer wins a point. 3. Get as many points as you can. 4. You get extra points for making us laugh. 5. Everything is made up and the points don’t matter. 6. Have fun!
8:30 pm
Top off the evening with a bonfire by the lake and s'mores!
8:30 am - 9:15 am
Today's the day! Saturday morning starts with breakfast served starting at 8:30 in the Dining Hall, then free time to explore all Pocono Springs has to offer.
9:30 am - 3:00 pm
Sip coffee in an Adirondack chair, fish the lake, hike the trails, zipline, slingshot swing, take out a canoe or kayak, take a dip - the day is all yours! Choose your own adventure! Lunch will be served on the Dining Hall porch starting at 12:30. Around 3pm we'll start transitioning towards the afternoon's ceremony.
9:30 am - 10:30 am
What summer camp experience would be complete with out a zip line?!? Please know that there are age and weight restrictions for zip line use, so it will not be available to all.
10:00 am - 12:30 pm
The lakefront will be open, with canoes and kayaks available for our use from 10-12:30. Please note that Pocono Springs requires a lifeguard to be on duty for us to boat on or swim in the lake.
10:30 am - 11:30 am
What's a slingshot swing?!? We don't know either, but it sounds SUPER FUN. See you there!
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Fuel up for afternoon fun!
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
The camp events will wind down as everyone starts transitioning to the ceremony.
4:15 pm - 8:00 pm
At 4:15pm, we will gather on the deck of the dining hall. From there, we will proceed to the lakefront for our ceremony! Ceremony attire is semi-formal or "fall garden party". There's a lot more on attire in the FAQs. Please read up on it there! After an exchange of vows and "I Do's," we invite you to join us back on the Dining Hall porch for Cocktail Hour and lawn games. Dinner is served next, then onto dancing!
8:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Bring your best Twist, Mashed Potatoes, Foxtrot, Dougie, Charleston, Lindy Hop, Electric Slide, Jitterbug, Awkward Sway, Mambo, Cha-Cha, Robot, Pop-Lock, Grind, Running Man, Vogue, Salsa, Gangam Style, Nae-Nae, etc. to our post dinner get-down. Having a great time? Excellent. Let's dance it out. By the end of the evening you may say to yourself that "I've....had....the time of my life!"
10:00 pm
Can't stop? Won't stop! Keep the party going! Whether that means lighting a bonfire or checking out the stars, do your thing! There's no curfew at camp!
9:00 am - 9:45 am
Gather together to reminisce and re-hydrate before saying goodbye's.
10:30 am
Pack your bags and say farewell - thank you for coming to celebrate with us!
