We went out for a Boston date-night and asked a family passing by to take a pic. They were INTO it. People lose it when they find out you're engaged, especially if they think it just happened.

It rained the final 72 or so hours of our Alaskan backpacking trip in August, 2022 while we waited for the plane to pick us up. Ask Tarryn about her most outstanding memory from this time!

We made it out of our Alaskan backpacking adventure without resorting to cannibalism (of each other).

As recently as 1930, the glacier covered the entire grey area up to the vegetation. It's going to be a terrible next 100 years!

This is the time we thought we got through the hardest part of our Alaskan hike. We were wrong. (Peep the "trail" going through the yellow band of rock behind us)

One of these people has a tan, the other won't get skin cancer.

"I LOVE CAMPING!" - Kima, a few hours before taking up as much space as possible in the back of the truck where two people are also trying to sleep.

This was easily the worst homemade meal we've ever made. This dish was abandoned in a vacant lot as we drove to get overpriced pizza.

On Dave's 40's birthday, we hiked to the Colorado River and back. In the background is everyone's favorite Grand Canyon warning sign featuring Victor Vomit. Hi, Victor!

Tarryn makes fun of Dave for "shoving a ring in her face" to propose, but conveniently forgets about her total inability to even get the words out when she presented him with a ring a few weeks later.

"What do I do with my hand?!? What do people do with their hands?!? I want this to look...ehh...I...ahh...c'mon..." - Tarryn, while taking an unholy number of engagement hand selfies.

Dave has long arms which makes selfie taking more convenient.

The outdoors veteran Kima, coaching the rookie Clementine on leash etiquette. Clementine is now a complete menace, running outside anytime a door or other means of escape is available.

After Dave's concussion in 2021, we trained for and completed a half marathon. This is easily the best we looked that day.
