We are looking forward to you joining us as we finally gather to celebrate our wedding! The health and safety of our guests remains a top priority. We are taking the following safety precautions for our event. If you have any questions, please reach out to Laura or Chuck. • Both our wedding ceremony and reception are fully outdoors. There is an indoor space in the Degas House that will be open to guests at their option, but the ceremony seating, reception seating, bar, and dance floor are all outdoors. • The Degas House venue has capacity for 250 guests. We expect to be under 40% of the venue’s capacity. • Degas House staff will all be wearing masks including servers, bartenders, etc. • All guests will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a negative PCR (not rapid) test within 72 hours of our wedding date. We ask that any unvaccinated guests wear a mask when not eating or drinking. At this time we believe at least 97% of our guest list is fully vaccinated and we are asking about vaccination status in our RSVP for safety purposes. • Louisiana has reinstated an indoor mask mandate for all indoor public spaces. Please bring a mask with you to our wedding as guests will be required to wear a mask if accessing the indoor areas of the Degas House. • New Orleans requires proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 72 hours for entrance into indoor public spaces including restaurants, bars, music venues, event venues, etc. The following items qualify as proof: original CDC vaccination card, photo of the front AND back of CDC vaccination card, digital record of vaccination from Louisiana or other states, digital or hard copy of negative PCR result within the last 72 hours. • As of September 16, 72% of people over 12 in Orleans Parish are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This rate is higher than LA County, Orange County and many other metropolitan areas.

Chuck is a native New Orleanian; Laura was just visiting. We met in two different bars, two nights in a row, by complete accident. Safe to say it was fate, right?! 10 years, countless flights back and forth, and one cross-country move later, NOLA remains a very special place for us and we couldn't imagine our wedding anywhere else. We are so excited to have everyone celebrate with us in one of our favorite cities.
