Welcome to Palm Springs! Carter's mom, Jacquie and stepdad, Tim are graciously throwing a welcome gathering Friday night at one of Carter and Gordon's favorite Palm Springs restaurants! The whole patio is ours featuring an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres. *Note: immediate family & wedding party should arrive no later than 5:30pm To keep the night going, we recommend Toucan's across the street - but don't count on the grooms being there, they need their beauty rest. :)

Let's Do The Damn Thing

Cocktail Attire / Desert Chic: try and upstage the grooms. :)
The shuttles will pick up and drop off in front of The Rowan Hotel - please do not take a car service or drive to the venue as there is no parking available and through traffic is prohibited. The first shuttle will leave The Rowan at 3pm sharp. The ceremony begins at 4pm sharp. 3:00-4:00pm: Guests Arrive at FLE via Shuttles Departing from The Rowan 4:00-4:30pm: Wedding Ceremony 4:30-6:00pm: Cocktail Reception 6:00-7:30pm: Dinner (Buffet) 7:30-9:30pm: Dancing 9:30-10:00pm: Guests Depart FLE via Shuttle Bus to The Rowan The ceremony and reception will take place outside and as it can get cold fast in the desert once the sun goes down, we strongly encourage a light jacket / coverup.

From The Rowan we'll head straight to Hunter's Palm Springs to keep dancing the night away (and stuff our faces with some pizza). Please note: the after party will take place at a 21+ gay dance club. Participant discretion is advised.

Sunday Morning Sendoff (Optional / Informal)

If you're leaving before 12:00pm, the grooms will post up at Juniper Table (where they first met) in the lobby of The Rowan to nurse their hangovers with copious amounts of coffee. Stop by to say bye on your way out! Food and beverages at your expense. Note - this is entirely optional and purely an opportunity to say thank you for coming, safe travels and we love you!
Sunday Funday
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Kaftan, Kimono and Kickin' Swimsuit Vibes
If you're staying Sunday night or taking a redeye home, stop by the estate where the grooms will be posted by the pool for some mimosas (hold the orange juice) and a Sunday Funday to keep the Sunday Scaries far away! Note - please rideshare to the venue and carpool with others. Feel free to bring your luggage with you if you aren't able to store at your hotel.
