Why a Thursday wedding?

Answer

Two reasons - June 29th is Caroline's grandfather's birthday. He was her favorite person on the planet. While he can't be here physically with us while we celebrate, we're thrilled to feel his presence by sharing our special day with him. Also, how often are all our favorite people able to get together?? We don't want you all to have to rush home. So stay the weekend and explore the Rockies with us!

Our goal is to have the most casual yet most joyful wedding you've ever attended.

What should I wear?

Answer

It's pretty simple - this is not a black tie affair, nor is it a jorts wedding. wear what you feel comfortable and classy in! Wear something you can dance in!

So what's the food situation like?

Answer

We plan to have a buffet dinner that will accommodate dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian diets. Fear not - Caroline (the vegetarian in the relationship) has lost the debate, so we will also be serving meat for those of you who eat everything. If you have additional dietary needs beyond those listed above, please contact Caroline and/or Fleming directly so we can make sure you are taken care of.

Where will I park?

Answer

There will be parking on site at the Mountain River Lodge for all guests. But still, carpooling will be helpful for everyone if at all possible!

Hotels are expensive - is there an alternative?

Answer
